All Newly admitted PhD & Master students (Fall 2016 and Spring 2017) are informed that the registration for Prime Minister Fee waiver scheme is open on https://pmfrs.hec.gov.pk, Students are advised to register their profile on the web portal on or before 15th April,2017, for further details and eligibility criteria please visit https://hec.gov.pk/frs, only registered students will be considered for the Scheme for the financial year 2016-2017.
