Position: Research Assistant

Record Access and Data Retrieval (RADAR) Center

Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro.

Duration: 6-month contract (renewable)

Responsibilities:

1.     Collect, process, and manage institutional data.

2.     Analyze datasets, and generate visualizations and dashboards.

3.     Compile and prepare reports.

4.     Maintain data systems, databases, and security protocols.

5.     Provide support on special projects and new initiatives as needed.

6.      Coordination with various stakeholders in the university.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Software, Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

2.     Working knowledge of data tools/software and ability to interpret data, compile and prepare reports.

3.     Ability to propose and implement technical data solutions.

4.     Strong communication and collaboration skills.

5.     Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed

6.     Passion for data-driven insights and improving higher education

The selected candidate will get hands-on experience in institutional data analysis while supporting the strategic initiatives of the university.
