Financial Assistance for Rain Affectees

The applications are invited from the students affected by the heavy rain during the year 2011 in the various parts of Sindh.. The students are advised to submit their applications on prescribed application form available at all departments’ staff offices and can be downloaded here http://www.muet.edu.pk/sfao/downloads) along with following mandatory documents by 23^rd January, 2012, and appear before the selection committee for Interview on 30^th January, 2012 at 12:00 noon (Sharp) in the Student Financial Aid Office (SFAO).

1. The Certificate issued by the E.D.O Revenue of concerned area in favor of the concerned student / father / guardian showing him/her as rain affectee..
2. The PAKISTAN Card issued by Government of Sindh in favor of the concerned student / father / guardian.
3. Copy of computerized N.I.C of Student & Father / Guardian.
4. Domicile and PRC Certificates of Student & Father / Guardian.
5. Copies of last paid utility bills (Electricity, Gas & Telephone).
6. Income Certificate / Salary Certificate of Father / Guardian (not older than 6 months).
7. Statement of Purpose, (why he/she needs this Scholarship?).

NOTE: No application shall be entertained after the deadline 23^rd January, 2012.
