(LATE) GHULAM RASOOL SHAIKH NEED CUM MERIT BASED SCHOLARSHIP - 2012

Applications are invited from the deserving students (male/female) from 12-Batch of this University who are permanent resident of taluka HALA (Rural), for the award of Scholarship dedicated in honor of (Late) Ghulam Rasool Shaikh. The scholarship shall be awarded on the Need-cum-Merit based assistance under following eligibly criteria:

• The students admitted in this University under self-finance scheme / special-scheme and the students who have already been awarded any other Scholarship in this year shall not be eligible for this scholarship.
• The Income Certificate of father / guardian (not older than 6 months) and the Mark sheet of Intermediate examination must be attached with the application form.
• The student must attach following documents with the application form:
  • Copies of computerized NIC of student, Father/Guardian.
  • Copies of Domicile & PRC of student, Father/Guardian.
  • Income Certificate / Salary Certificate (not older than 6 months).
  • Marks Certificate of Intermediate.
  • Copies of last months’ paid utility bills (Electricity, Gas & Telephone).
  • Statement of Purpose, (why he/she needs this Scholarship?).

The last date of submission of the application form is 05/04/2012.
