Evolvement of groundwater arsenic and health risk assessment prediction model via machine learning in Sindh, Pakistan
In this project various machine learning models including Naïve Bayes, Support vector machine, Multiclass Decision Forest, Multiclass Neural networks, Bayesian Regression and Decision forest regression will be used to develop As Contamination and Health Risk Assessment Prediction Model (ACHRAP model). The developed ACHRAP model could be deployed in Sindh province to predict the As contamination and its after effects on the health of people of those regions. It is first time that the Microsoft Azure services would be used to develop a machine learning prediction model for As contamination because the previous works have used Matlab for modeling groundwater As concentrations.
