Terms & conditions:

Interested parties may visit the Equipment / Vehicles/ Materials kept for auction, from 12-07-2022 to 15-07-2022 during office hours between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Must bring your original ID card along with 2 photocopies, without which participation will not be allowed.

The bidders have to deposit Rs.3,000/- (Non-refundable) as documentation fee along with Rs.10,000/- each to be eligible for taking part in the auction process (refundable /adjustable in case of successful bidder.

The Successful bidders will have to deposit 25% of their accepted value on the spot and remaining 75% within (05) five days of the auction during which period they have to take the delivery of the auction items on making full payment of their bids, else their deposit will be forfeited in favor of Mehran University of Engineering & Technology Jamshoro.

The successful bidders will have to pay additional amount of advance income tax @10% & SST @10% of their bids and also clear themselves any other taxes / charges of Government including on Vehicles (if any).

Successful bidders will be responsible for bearing labor, vehicle, weight, all applicable costs / expenses.

Auction Committee is empowered to include any other item for auction as well as to delete / withdraw any item kept for auction and is also authorized to accept any bid and or reject.
