CPD Seminar on Machine Learning through MATLAB, Department of Electronic Engineering

The department of Electronic Engineering organized one day CPD workshop on "Machine Learning through MATLAB". The resource person of the seminar was Engr. Yasmeen Panhwar. One day CPD seminar was held on 27th October 2022 and was aimed at providing participants with an in-depth understanding of machine learning techniques and their implementation using MATLAB.

The seminar was opened by Prof. Dr. Arbab Nighat, Chairperson of the Department of Electronic Engineering, who gave a warm welcome note to the participants and introduced the topic of the workshop. The resource person for the event was Engr. Yasmeen Panhwar, an expert in the field of machine learning and MATLAB.

Throughout the seminar, Engr. Yasmeen Panhwar provided the participants with a comprehensive overview of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, decision trees, and neural networks. The participants appreciated the resource’s person’s clear explanations and engaging delivery style, which made the concepts easy to understand and follow.

In addition to theoretical explanations, Engr. The Chairperson of the Department of Electronic Engineering delivered the closing remarks and thanked Engr. Yasmeen Panhwar, the resource person, for delivering an exceptional workshop.

As a token of appreciation, the department presented Engr. Panhwar with a cash prize for her invaluable contributions to the workshop. The participants were also recognized for their active participation and hard work throughout the event. E-certificates were distributed among the students to commemorate their successful completion of the workshop. The EMC were also appreciated foe organizing the CPD seminar.

The concluding ceremony was a fitting end to a successful workshop and demonstrated the department's commitment to recognizing and rewarding the efforts of its participants and resource persons.
