MUET Online Classes Readiness

We are passing through difficult times. We had to take the unprecedented step of closing the university in late February due to the unfortunate coronavirus pandemic. Despite all the challenges, MUET is proud of its faculty and students who have already started Online Classes for Masters/PhD programmes in April.

We appreciate that your time is very precious and we have already lost a few weeks of this academic calendar. In order not to prolong this disruption to your studies/career, if the coronavirus lockdown continues after May, we would have no option but to start Online Classes for the undergraduate programmes from early June. We need to get ourselves ready!

We do appreciate the issues it may raise and will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible. We are already aware of some of the issues such as internet connectivity/bandwidth. HEC is working with major Telcos to arrange better and cheaper internet packages. We are training our faculty and enhancing our online content offering by partnering with some of the world best eLearning platforms such as edX and Coursera.

MUET is committed towards a healthy and safe environment for wide spread of knowledge. Together, we can minimize the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak on students and come out of this crisis stronger.
