Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) - Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET) achieved “W” Category:
Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET) achieved a milestone by getting 86.02 marks in QEC ranking for the year 2015-16 and has been placed in “W” category. The “W” is highest category awarded by Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) - Higher Education commission (HEC) to QECs.It shows satisfaction of Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan on Self-Assessment Practices being carried out at Mehran UETby QEC.
QAA (HEC) highly appreciated the efforts of Worthy Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad AslamUqaili and Prof. Dr. Abdul Sami Qureshi, Director (QEC) in uplifting the quality of education at MUET, Jamshoro. The worthy Vice Chancellor, further credited the success to Dr. Asif Ali Shah, Additional Director (QEC) and staff of QEC-MUET. It is a good news to all concerned of Mehran UET particularly the academia who has done great job in adoption of Quality Assurance Practices (QAP) to improve the ranking of QEC-MUET.
