Research Assistant Required at Department of Textile Engineering

Applications are invited from Pakistan Nationals for the following Post under the Local Challenge Fund (LCF) HEC Pakistan research project titled “Coloration of polyester fabric at room temperature using advanced structure technique: A practical approach towards green environment and energy saving”. Project no LCF-69 in the department of Textile Engineering, Mehran University of Engineering and Technology. The appointment will be a temporary fixed period (Ten months) and on the basis of funds received from HEC, Pakistan.

Title: Research Assistant (01)

Qualification: BE/MS/ME in Textile, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering (or any relevant field in connection with the research area of the funded project) with at least 3 CGPA.
Experience: Candidates with relevant research experience and excellent writing skills will be preferred
Responsibilities: The selected candidates will be responsible for the management of onsite experiments, data collection, report writing, and other day-to-day activities assigned by the principal investigator. Meeting with academic and industrial partners and finding opportunities for the commercialization of products from the project.
