Seminar on (USEF) Fulbright Scholarships

Jamshoro (PR) Mehran University of engineering & Technology Jamshoro has organized seminar on Fulbright scholarships program. On this occasion Mr Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto of the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) gave detailed presentation to a huge audience of students and faculty members with regard to Fulbright Masters and PhD Scholarships announced by the Fulbright Commission this year.
Professor Dr MA Uqiali Pro Vice Chancellor MUET (L-R), Professor Dr BS Chowdhry Dean FEECE, Prof Dr AK Baloch, former Dean and Senior Fulbright Scholar, Dr Abdul Hafeez Memon, Director Continuing Education and Mr Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto of the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) Addressing on the occasion of Seminar on Fulbright Scholarships at Mehran University of engineering & Technology Jamshoro.
He informed that United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP-popularly known as Fulbright Commission) is currently doing an outreach for the Fulbright Scholarships for 2011-2012 to make students and faculty members of public universities more aware about the fully funded scholarships offered by the Fulbright Commission every year. Apart from many other programs offered by the Fulbright Commission it has announced its flagship programs for Masters and PhD for 2011-2011 session and the deadline to apply for these programs has also been extended from May 18, 2011 (earlier deadline) to June 15, 2011.
People having 16 years of education are eligible to apply for the Fulbright Masters Scholarship and people with 18 years of education are eligible to apply for the Fulbright PhD Scholarship. A complete application along with the attested photocopies of mark sheets and degrees and three recommendation letters (two academic and one professional) in sealed envelopes including the score report or proof of registration for the International General GRE taken before the new deadline are required. The application packet along with all the required documents is to be submitted by the June 15, 2011 4:30pm to the P.O. Box 1128, Islamabad.
