The intending participants can purchase the tenders on the payment of Rs. 1000/= non refundable fee from Transport Office of this University up to 13-10-2010 at 12 Noon. The tenders will be received back at 12:00 noon and opened at 12:30 noon on 14-10-2010 by the University Repair & Maintenance Committee in presence of bidders or their authorized representative who wish to present. Eligibility conditions for intending participants are given as under:
- The bidder should submit Income / sales tax registration certificates and copy of C.N.I.C.
- The bidder should submit 2% earnest money of the bid amount in the shape of call deposit in favor of Director Finance, MUET, Jamshoro.
- The bidder should submit affidavit to the effect that firm / contractor have not been black listed previously by an executing / procuring agency.
- The bidder should submit affidavit to the effect that all documents / particulars / information furnished are true and correct.
- The procuring agency may reject all or any bids subject to relevant provisions of PPRA rules.
