Designing & Printing of MUET Prospectus 2011-12

Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro invites potential publishing/printing houses for designing and printing of its Prospectus 2011-12 on the following terms & conditions:-

1. Tender forms (containing detailed terms, conditions and evaluation criteria) can be purchased from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 1,000 non-refundable tender fee upto 06-07-2011 up to 10:00 am.The tenders will be received back upto 12:00 pm and opened at 12:30 pm on the same date i.e 06-07-2011 by the concerned Purchase Committee in presence of Bidders or their authorized representative who wish to be present.
2. The tenders should be submitted in two separate envelops i.e.
   • Technical Proposal
   • Financial Proposal
3. The bidders should submit 5% earnest money of the bid amount in shape of call deposit in favor of Director Finance, Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro.
4. The bidders should submit Tax registration certificates and copy of N.I.C.
5. The bidder should have at least 05 years successful experience of same services of any university or large reputed organization.
6. The bidders should submit affidavit to the effect that the firm have not been black listed previously by any executing/ procuring agency and all documents / particulars / information furnished are true & correct.
7. The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bids subject to relevant provisions of SPP Rules.
