NOTICE INVITING TENDER.

All the interested contractors / firms / parties meeting eligibility criteria are invited to participate in sealed percentage / item rate tender for the following works.

 The tender documents can be had from the office of the undersigned on the payment noted above (non-refundable) on any working day except the day of opening of tenders. The sealed tenders on prescribed proforma along with 2% earnest money of total bid in the form of Pay Order should be deposited in the office of undersigned by 01-08-2012 upto 12:00 (noon) and same will be opened on same day at 12.30 PM in presence of the Contractors/ representatives, who so ever will be present at that time. Any conditional or un-accompanied of the earnest money will not be considered in the competition

 The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bids subject to the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules # 25(1) of 2010.
