NOTICE RE-INVITING TENDERS.

Sealed percentage / Item Rate Tenders are re-invited from contractors registered with Electrical Inspector Government of Sindh and Pre-qualified at MUET Jamshoro / Z.A Bhutto Campus Khairpur Mir’s in the relevant category for following works: 

The Tender Documents can be had from office of the undersigned on payment of tender fee in shape of pay order as noted above (non-refundable). Tenders will be issued from 01-10-2013 to 21-10-2013 on working days only.

Sealed tenders accompanied with the pay order in favour of the Project Director, MUET, Z.A Bhutto Campus Khairpur Mir's, equivalent to 2%  of the Estimated cost  bid cost as earnest money and will be received in the office of the Project Director, MUET, Z.A Bhutto Campus Khairpur Mir’s upto 12:00 p.m. on  22-10-2013 and will be opened on the same day at 01:00 p.m. in presence of the Contractors / Representatives, who so ever will be present at that time.

At the time of purchasing of tender documents, renewed / valid Electrical License will have to be shown by the contractor.

Preference shall be given to those bidders who would have markable experience of working on same nature with Universities / HEC recognized Educational Institution of Sindh Province.

In case of undesirable circumstances on submission/ opening date & time or if Government declares Holiday the tender shall be received / opened on the next working day at same time & venue.

Any conditional tender or un-accompanied of the earnest money will not be considered in the competition.

The Procurement Agency reserves the right as per SPPRA rules to reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons.

Note:- This tender is being re-invited in the light of decision of honourable High Court of Sindh Sukkur Bench in the Constitutional Petition No.D-2500 of 2013 Dated: 17-09-2013.
