NOTICE INVITING TENDER.

            All the interested contractors / firms / parties meeting eligibility criteria and have experienced, viz having registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). The bidders should submit Income Tax / Sales Tax, Sindh Revenue Board Registration Certificates as the case may be and copy of CNIC & not black listed in any procuring agency or authority,  are invited to participate in sealed item rate tender for the services provided or rendered by person engaged in the following works.

The tender documents can be had from the office of the undersigned on the payment noted above (non-refundable) on any working day except the day of opening of tenders. The sealed tender on prescribed proforma along with 2% earnest money of total bid in the form of Pay Order should be deposited in the office of the undersigned by 16-05-2013 upto 12:00(noon) and same will be opened on the same day at 12:30 P.M in presence of the Contractors/ representatives, who so ever will be present at that time, if the Government of Pakistan / Government of Sindh / MUET announced any holiday /  unforeseen holiday the tenders will be opened on next working day. Any conditional or un-accompanied of the earnest money will not be considered in the competition

The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bids subject to the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rule(s) # 25(i) of 2010.
