NOTICE INVITING TENDERS

All the interested Contractors / Firms / Parties / Suppliers, Manufacturers, Sole Distributors,  Sole and Printer / Publisher agents meeting eligibility criteria, viz. having registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax, Sales Tax in case of procurement of goods, registration with the Sindh Revenue Board in case of procurement of works and Services and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as the case may be and are not black listed in any procuring agency or authority, are invited to participate in sealed percentage / item rate tender for the following works:

The terms and conditions are given as under:-

 

01.       The tender documents can be had for S.No. 1 from the office of Purchase & Store Officer and for S.No. 2 from the Office of Public Relations Officer or can be downloaded from SPPRA website i.e. www.pprasindh.gov.pk and University website www.muet.edu.pk/tenders-notices on the payment noted above (non-refundable) on any working day except the day of opening of tenders. The sealed tender on prescribed proforma along with 5% earnest money of total bid in the form of Pay Order in favour of Purchase & Store Officer for S.No. 1 by 11-05-2017 upto 10.30 (A.M) and same will be opened on the same day @ 11.00 (A.M) and Public Relations Officer for S.No. 2 by 11-05-2017 upto 11.00 (A.M) and same will be opened on the same day @ 11.30 (A.M) in respective offices, in presence of the Contractors / Supplier / Printer / Publisher / representative, who so ever will be present at that time. In case of any unforeseen situation resulting in closure of office on the date of opening or if Government declares Holiday the tender shall be submitted / opened on the next working day at the same time & venue. Any Conditional or un-accompanied of the earnest money, tender will not be considered in the competition.

02.      The Method of Procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope procedure i.e.

  •  Technical Proposal
  •  Financial Proposal

03.       The bidders should have at least 05 years successful experience of same services of any university or large reputed organization in addition to instruction above.

04.      The bidders should have Printing Press which would be physically checked and one window operation process

05.      The bidders should registered with Tax paying Agencies which would be verified by concerned agencies.

06.      The bidders should submit affidavit to the effect that the firm have not been black listed previously by any executing / procuring agency and all documents / particulars / information furnished are true & correct.

07.      The Bidders should have atleast Rs. 500,000.00 to 1,000,000.00 annual turnover which would be verified by bank statement

 

The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to relevant provisions of SPP Rules, 2010 and may cancel the bidding process at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal under Rule-25” of said Rules.
