Notice Inviting Tender-UPS Stablizers From ADF MUCET Khairpur

Sealed tender are inviting from branded UPS & stabilizer suppliers, (who are tax payers of the government, registered with sales tax office and are not on the black list) for supply of the following items.

The blank tenders form along with the list of items showing full specification can be had from Purchase & Store section of Mehran University College of Engineering & Technology, Khairpur Mir’s, on the payment of Rs:1000/- only through bank challan of HBL mall road branch, Khairpur Mir’s per tender set (Non Refundable). Tenders will be issued from 26.12.2011 to 12.01.2012 on working days only.

Sealed tender accompanied with the pay order in favour of Assistant Director Finance, Mehran University College of Engineering & Technology, Khairpur Mir’s, equivalent to 2.5% of the total bid cost as earnest money and will be received back in the office of the undersigned upto 12:00 P.M on 12.01.2012 and will be opened on 13^th of January 2012 at 12:00 P.M in presence of the representatives, who so ever will be present at that time.

Conditional tenders will not be entertained. The delivery of items will be taken at Mehran University College of Engineering & Technology, Khairpur Mir’s.

The procuring agency may reject all or any bids subject to relevant provision of SPPRA rules.
