The Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro intends to engage renowned, technically and financially sound National Architectural & Engineering Consultancy Firms duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and or PCATP.for providing Consultancy Services for preparing Master Plan, Architectural & Engineering Design for various schemes of main campus of MUET and it’s constituent Colleges to be established across Sindh including detail Consultants Supervision Services.
Applications are invited for the pre-qualification of Consultancy Firms having experience of not less than 15 years in relevant projects of Planning, Designing & detail construction supervision of Educational renowned Institutions / Universities and must include the following information.
- Full name of the firm along with complete address, telephone, e-mail & fax number.
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and or Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP).
- Standing / Experience of the firm starting date of establishment and number of similar works executed with cost and Consultancy fee.
- Key / technical personnel proposed to be deputed for the project at planning / designing stage and detailed construction supervision along with their CV’s giving details of their qualification, experience and registration with professional regulatory bodies.
- Bank Certificate showing financial sources (Bank Statements / Guarantors, Audit Reports for the last 3 years.
- Detailed company profile / Brochure.
- Affidavit on stamp paper to the effect that the firm has neither been black listed nor any contract rescind in the past for non fulfillment of contractual obligations and the statement referred above is carried and nothing has been concealed intentionally.
The Request for Proposal shall be issued to short listed Consulting firms only on the basis of Criteria stated above.
Applications complete in all respects should reach the office of the Advisor (P&D), Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro by 11.10.2012. The decision of the Consultants Selection Committee will be the final.
The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bids subject to relevant provision of SPP Rules.
