The intending participants can purchase the tenders on payment of prescribed non-refundable tender fee for each category from the office mentioned against each up to 7th January 2013 at 1:00 p.m. The Tenders will be received back in above offices a 11:00 a.m. and opened at 12:00 noon on same day i.e. 8th January,2013 by the authorized Purchase Committee in presence of Bidders of participants are given as under: 

01.   The bidders should submit income Tax / Sales Tax, Sindh Revenue Board registration certificates as the case may be and copy of C.N.I.C.

02.   The bidders should submit 2% earnest money of the bid amount in shape of call deposit in favor of Director Finance, Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro.

03.   The bidders should submit affidavit to the effect that the firm / contractor have not been black listed previously be any executing / procuring agency.

04.   The bidders should submit affidavit to the effect that all documents / particulars / information furnished are true & correct.

05.   The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bids subject to relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules.
