REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

U.S.-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Water (USPCAS-W), Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET), Jamshoro requests for Expression of Interest from the reputable Consultants as defined in the Sindh Public Procurement (SPP) Rules 2010 (Amended 2013) for hiring Consultants for configuration and implementation of MOODLE software for helping teachers and trainers to create and deliver effective online learning environments and bridge the communication gap between teachers and students.

The terms and conditions are given as under:-

1.     The consultant should require to submit complete Curriculum Vitae showing the detail of implementing such relevant project.

2.     The Consultants shall be required to submit a bid comprises of a single package containing 01 envelope of ‘Financial Proposal’ and the ‘Technical Proposal’.

3.     The Selection of Consultants shall be made on Consultant’s Qualification Selection Method as per Rule-72(8), of SPP Rule, 2010 (amended 2013)

4.     The EOI is required to be submitted within 15 Days from the advertisement of EOI i.e. 20-Jun-2016.

The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules, 2010 and may cancel the bidding process at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal under Rule-25” of said Rules.
