Voice & Generator Works at ICPC

Information Communication & Processing Center, MUET, Jamshoro, invites tenders for below listed work, from relevant firms/companies having good reputation. The term & Conditions stipulated in the tender enquiry as given below.

Item # 01: Voice work
Voice Cable work at Auditorium to Public School and Project Directorate and English Language Center

Item # 02: Generator work
Generator Automatic system with Fire protection ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) for Generator

Tender Document will be purchased from the Office of Purchase Officer at Project Directorate and can be purchased a day before the closing date of tender. Tender fee is Rs.1000/- which is non-refundable, payable in cash or in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor MUET. Bid security 2% of the tender amount, in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Director Finance, must be attached with the Bid.

Interested firms/companies must be registered with the Directorate of Sale Tax & Income Tax, and must not be in the Black List of any Procurement Agencies/Government Department.

The tender document will be available from 01-01-2010 and last date for submission of the tender is 25-01-2010 at 12.00 Noon. The tender will be opened, in the presence of all interested firms/companies or their authorized representatives, on the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of Director Finance. MUET, Jamshoro.

The procuring agency may reject all or any bids subject to the relevant provisions of PPRA Rules.
